What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from the date of your purchase, to return your item for a full refund. You can always contact our customer service team and let them know if you are unsatisfied and they will be happy to assist you.

What is your turn-around time?

Here at Woozik, we try to make sure that our customers are 100% satisfied. For that reason, your orders are shipped the same day that they are placed. That way, your wait time is decreased and you can even receive your item faster than anticipated.

What phone model does Woozik work with?

Our headphones are optimized for use with Apple and Samsung devices however, they are compatible with any phone or device that has a 3.5mm Aux input. Our portable speakers and wireless headphones also pair with any Bluetooth-compatible device and come with a standard 3.5mm Aux input to connect to an alternate source if necessary.
